your line into the next role

The job search that tells you the truth

A ranked job board that screens out the postings you'd reject anyway, and writes a resume and cover letter for each one you keep.

Commuter pulls real postings from job boards and company sites, scores every one against hard gates you set (compensation floor, remote policy, deal-breakers), and builds application documents from your actual history - never keyword-stuffed, never invented.

Why it's different

Hard gates, not vanity scores

A 90-point match that fails your comp floor is a zero. Location claims are verified against the posting body - job boards' "remote" tags lie, and we treat them as adversarial.

Verified, attested documents sc0pe: your resume is parsed once into a locked fact source - real employers, titles, dates, skills. Tailoring may only rephrase the summary and skills regions, and only with facts already in that source. It cannot invent an employer, a metric, or a skill.

Every tailored resume is built from a locked record of your real history, and every line traces back to something you actually wrote. Nothing on the page you can't defend in the interview.

Real PDFs, compiled

Typeset two-page resumes and one-page cover letters, compiled to real PDFs, page-checked, and text-layer verified on every build with the same extractor an ATS uses - not images, and not a template with your name swapped in.

Factor-level scoring

Four scored dimensions - technical, experience, behavioral, career - with the honest gap named on every card, so you know why before you click apply.

How it works

Paste your resume once.It becomes a locked fact source - the only thing documents can ever claim from.
Set your gates.Comp floor, remote policy, locations, deal-breakers. The pipeline enforces them; you never re-litigate.
Get your board.A private, ranked board of real postings with pipeline lanes - saved, applied, interviewing, offered.
Apply with documents that hold up.Tailored, attested, compiled, page-checked. Each one is built from your fact source and the posting, nothing else.

The honesty rule: gaps are stated, never smoothed over. If a role is a poor fit, it scores low no matter how prestigious the logo. If a posting says "in-person" under a remote tag, we tell you. This is the whole point.
