What the cards, scores, and verdicts mean
Each card is one posting, ranked against your profile.
The score and the verdict
The number is a fit score out of 100 for you specifically: how well the posting's requirements line up with your actual work history. The label next to it (STRONG FIT, GOOD) is the same judgment in words.
The + and - lines
Every ranked card says why, in plain text:
- + lines are real overlaps: skills or experience of yours the posting asks for.
- - lines are honest problems: a location conflict, a comp concern, a gap.
The minus lines are the point. A board that only flatters you wastes your time.
"comp unstated"
If a posting does not state compensation, the card says comp unstated. Commuter never guesses a salary and never treats a missing number as a passing one. When a posting does state comp, it is checked against any floor you set.

Cards for your strongest matches carry Resume and Letter links: a version of your resume and a cover letter tailored to that posting, built from your real history. Nothing is invented; every claim traces back to your own resume. Download them from the card, use them anywhere.
