Account, sign-in, and deleting your data

Magic links, email, password resets, and the delete that actually deletes

Signing in

Your board has a password, set when you joined. If you lose it, use the magic-link option on the sign-in page: enter your email and a one-time sign-in link arrives. If you have no email on file yet, ask Michael for a password reset.

Your email

Add or change your email in Settings. It is used for exactly three things: magic-link sign-in, billing receipts, and messages about your account. Nothing else, nobody else.

Deleting your account

Settings has a delete panel. Type DELETE to confirm and everything goes: your profile, resume, matches, documents, email, and waitlist history. This is a real, tested deletion, not a deactivation. Download any tailored documents you want to keep first; they are removed with the rest.

One narrow exception: an anonymous one-way fingerprint (a hash that cannot be turned back into your data) is retained to prevent abuse of free trials. It contains nothing readable.
